REBELS GAINING GROUND. (••TJme9"-SydneT "Sun" Speci»l C*bl«.) (Received November 20th, 5.50 p.m.) WASHINGTON, November 19. It is reported that Huerta is arresting tho heads of'prominent American business houses and holding them as hostages in the event of hostilities. The insurrection has spread to the north, south, and east, and traffic is entirely suspended. The rebels are gaining ground everywhere.
