Lord Emmott, speaking for tho party, said: "The people of the Dominions have a strong feeling, whether justified or not, that people at Home are ignorant about them, confuse one Dominion with another, and that- we don't understand their problems, which, of course, aro different in every Dominion. They were only too delighted to talk to us about their affairs."
