Representatives of the Colonial Office and others welcomed the members of theEmpiro Parliamentary Party who have been visiting tho colonies, at Waterloo station.
Lord Emmott, in an interview, dwelt on the intense pleasure evidenced in the at the party's visit. They saw manifest signs of prosperity in all the dominions. Conditions in Australia were very favourable. He was greatly impressed by Australia's climate and scenery.
The Rt. Hon. T. Lough said he was struck by the extraordinary prosperity of the dominions, and the high state of the Dominions, and the high state many things givo tho Motherland a start, particularly in agriculture, which was conducted on a more scientific basis.
