AFFAIRS IN DUBLIN.
LONDON, November 18. The Parliamentary Committee of the Trade Union Congress is discussing tho situation in Dublin. Mr Larkin is present. (Received November 20th, 12.4-5 a.m.) LONDON. November 19. Mr Larkin had a long conference with the Parliamentary Committeo of the Trade Union Congress, representing 2,250,000 workers. No decision was come to. The conference meets again to-da<*. It is understand that English trades unionists are determined not to'surrender as regards Dublin unless the masters fully recogn.6e tne Irish Transport Union, and the right of resort to the sympathetic strike is retained, though they admit that the sympathetic striko has been used too freely.
Lord MacDonnell is assisting in the negotiations in Dublin.
