A BUSY WEEK AHEAD.

MANY VESSELS EXPECTED.

In addition to the regular "time-table" passenger and carjro steamers, a very large fleet of vessels is Sue to arrive at Lyttelton during the next few days, and the coming week gives promise of being an exceedingly busy one. The list of expected arrivals at present includes fifteen steamcre and two sailing ships. Three of tho steamers—the Wimbledon, from Now York, the Tninui, from London, and the Nair;ishire, from Liverpool, are coming to discharge general cargo, the steamers Waitemala and Waipori, and the barque Louisa Craig, ere bringing cargoes of coal from Newcastle. Four colliers—the Kaitangata. Kamona, Kini, and Canopus—are coming from tho West Coast wilh coal. The remaining seven vessels are- all coming to Lyttelton to load cargo for the United Kingdom. The Langton Grange, V.'aiwera. Opawa, nnd Kaipara ere among this number, the remaining three being the chartered steamers Elsa and Agapanthus, and the barque Annesley whose mission to this port will be to load grain.
