A HUDDART-PARKER COLLIER.
Yesterday morning tho Huddnrt-Parker Company's collier Moorabool arrived at Lyttelton from Newcastle, via Wellington. The vessel, which brought -lOOfl tons of Abermain coal for Thos. Brown. Ltd., will discharge about 1000 tons at LyMelton, end will tail to-morrow for Timaru and Dunedin to complete discharging. It is possible that tho vessel msy load produce on the New Zealand coast before returning to Australia. The Moorabool is an exceptionally fine collier, and is fitted with all the necessary appliances for the nipid handling of coal. It is stated that the vessel has discharged 4000 tone of coal in 35 hours in an Australian port. Unlike the passenger veaselo of the HuddartP.irkcr fleet, which have yellow funnels, the Moornbool has an 'all-black" funnel. The present curgo of (ho Moorabool is said to bo the first of regular shipments which will be brought from Newcastle by Huddart-Parker colliers.
