WAINONI PARK.
The scholars and friends of the Heathcoto Valley school will hold their annual picnic at Wainoni Park on Wednesday. On Thursday the anniversary of SVainoni will bo celebrated in an elaborate manner, and prizes will be given for the various events. On Thursday night a fireworks display will be held, and tho last days of Pompeii will be presented.
