CopeJand, Agent-General for New South Wales, in an exhaustive reply to Mr H. W. Wiison's articles in the "Daily Mail," says that if Australia is" solvent it is not for lack of assailante, many of whom are unscrupulous in their attacks. SYDNEY, February 18. The Treasurer states tiat the fall in New South Wales three per cente. is simply due to the state of the London money market. LONDON, Februaiy 17. The New South Wales three per cents, are at 90$, a drop of thirty-five ehillinge since Friday kst.
