A FRESH DEVELOPMENT.
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received February 18th, 10.23 a.m.) PERTH, February 18. A man named Barrass surrendered to the police on hearing that a warrant was out for his arrest in connection ,with the bank-note robbery. He states that his only connection with the case was that he sold Jones an interest in the theatrical company. He arranged a tour of the Eastern States, for which he received £300. All the stolen property, except £1776, has been recovered. •
