HOKITIKA PRISON ENQUIRY.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) HOKrTTKA, February 17. The Prison Enquiry sat privately yesterday afternoon. Tlie complainant prisoners declined to' go on with the charges made, giving as a reason that the enquiry was not on open one, while two of them objected to the personnel of the Commission. The inquiry has therefore lapsed.
