Speaking at the Liberal Patty banquet to-night, the Premier announced that the ir.iliian ord quarter loan now being placed on the London market, he had reason to know, would t>3 ivell received and floated on better terms than the last loan, as the credit of the colony siooi higher to-day than ever. He also announced that next session be would introduce banking legislation.
