The "Temps's" Constantinople coxrespond«nt tho denial by the Turkish Ambarsador in Paris ■with reference to the mobilisation of Turkish troops. A cable mesisage published yesterday stated: —> Bulgaria has been officially informed that Turkey ie mobilising the second and third army "corps, with headquarters' , at Adrianople and Alonastir. Regarding the former as a menace, Bulgaria has appealed to the Powers to secure the cessation of the mobilisation.
