UNEASINESS IN VIENNA.
THE MACEDONIAN OOMMUTEE. (Received February 12th, 10.29 p.m.) LONDON, February 12. Adrkes from Sofia state that owing to increased agitaifcion among tho Macedonians martial law will euortly be proclaimed! in several districts. The Government, in the evecit of a oontinuanoe of the uneasiness duo to the concentration of Turkish troops on the frontier, contemplates summoning an ormy division to Sofia and another to Phillippopolis. Grave uneasiness is felt at Vienna. It is hoped tha& Austria and Russia will take enwgetdc steps to stem the danger. Professor Michailowski, chief of one section of the Macedonian Committee, has sect a circular to fix hundred Bulgarian oinoeia cf Macedonian oirth, comprising one-third of the army staff, urging them to join the revolutionists by the middle of February.
