(PKESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUNEDIN, February 12. The members of the Dunedm rink disqualified at the Bowling Tournament have applied "to the 'Xew Zea»ar.d Association to be given an opportunity of appearing before them. The Association decided not to interfere-with the decision of the Christ church Executive, but allowed a .mambt. to make a personal explanation bearing 01, tlids. The following was added to the rules of the Association:—"i) Bowls to bo used in any matches under the auspices of tihe Association must nave been made by some recogn>-ed maker of bow-Is; (2) the use of bowls that have, in the opinion of any committee appointed to manage or regulate nny matches or tournaments, been tampered witn or altered by -weighting, is prohibited.
