DISORDERLY BEHAVIOUR.

At the Aahburton Court yesterday morn ing, before Messrs- Alcorn and Thomas, J.P.'e, a man named Albert Grant wai charged with having made use of obscene language on the day previous. Accueed pleaded guilty, and wae fined £5, or it default one month's imprisonment. Th« same accused was further charged with damaging Constable Fry'a shako, for which he wae ordered to pay 12s 6d or 24 hours imprisonment in default. On other charge! nf using threatening language to Constable Fry, resisting the police in the executior of thtir duty, and assaulting Cenatabfe Moore, he , was convicted and discharged.
