TOLL GATES IN TARANAKI.
(FBXSS ASSOCIATION TP,TOKAM.) NEW PLYMOUTH, February 9. The Taranaki County Conncil decided today to abolish, the toll gates after the 31st March. This means sacrificing about £1700 a year revenue. The matter of taxing heavy traffio will be considered at the next meeting.
