DEATH FROM BLOOD POISONING.

(PBKS3 ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) DUXEDIN, February 8. An old resident at Green Island, Mr Alex. Neil, met his death on Thursday in a very simple way. Whilst working for Mr Gnae. Samson, toward? the end of the previous week, he cut his hand in picking up a piece of slag from the ironwork*. Ha took no notice at the time. On Tuesday, however, he felt oat of sorts, and on Wednesday, feeling worse, Dr. Will was sent for. The patient was suffering from blood v poisonint:, and was in a critical state. Additional aid was summoned, but Mr Neil rapidly*grew worse, and died on Thuieday.
