Oats—A f_3r quantity has been shipped, but, as mentioned above, quality in all cases is not up to the standard. Prices have in most cases been dependent so fat on prompt delivery, but a level'is now reached, and prices for this month's delivery are:—Milling Canadians 2. to 2i 3d, short feed Is lid, Duns Is lOd, Danrh is 9d to la lOd.

Ryegrass is not turning out satisfactory, and more threshed seed is now lying shoe out on shed floors than stacked up, having become heated. Prices range from Is 3d to Is 6d for inferior, up to 2s 6d for good farmers' seed.
