THE EXPORT OF RABBITS.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) INVERCARGILL, February 6. Mr A. Espie and secretary are meeting with marked success on their mission to Southland, on behalf of the Rabbit Trappers' Union, and co-operative scheme for exporting the season's catch. Meetings have been addressed in Riverton, Otautau, Orawia, Nightcaps, and Invercargill, and the bulk of the trappers have signed an agreement to export through the Union. Mr Espie visits Riven-dale, Lumsden, Kingston, and Queenstown during tho next yveck. Mr J, J. Ramsay is taking the district from Gore to Clutha. The movement is on assured success, and it is calculated that two and a half million rabbits will be put through this season.
Cholera Infantum should be guarded against, and prevented by treating the child at the first unusual looseness of the bowels. . Mothers can not be too careful about this, especially in hot weather.
