BOUNDARIES OF THE UNITED CITY.
The boundaries of what will be, after tlie issue of his Excellency the Governor's proc-amatiem, the City of Christchurch are aa follows: —
c The northern boundary:—Norman's road, I-tay'a road, Phdlpott's road, Innes' road, Shirley road.
Eastern boundary—Hifis road, North Avon road to the river Avon, thence to tho Canal Reserve, along the Canal R>?erve to Aldwin's road, and Ensor's road to the Christchurch-Lyttelto-i raihvav line.
Southern boundary—Christchurch-Lyttel-ton line to Wilson's rood, thence along that road to the river Henthcota to Tennyson street, by Strickland street, Douglas Jerrold street, and Bright's road to Lincoln road, and thence along Lincoln road to Antigua etreet.
The western boundary—Antigua etreet, Park terrace to the North belt, thence by the river Avon to Boundary road to the Wairarapa stream, and the south-western boundary of R.S. 299 to Norman's road.
