BULGARIA'S ATTITUDE.
AN INQUIRY INVITED.
(Received February OfJt; 10.55 p.m.) SOFIA, February 6. Bulgaria challenges an international inquiry into the Porte's statement with reference to the bands intended to operate in Macedonia. The Porte communicated to the Foreign Embassies a report stating that eeven Bulgarian bands, six thousand strong, were to operate in Macedonia in the spring.
