After expenses had been paid., '4)640 remained. It was resolved that when the date of the Premier's visit is ascertained, the General Committee arrange for the presentation of a testimonial,, in the shape of a purse of sovereigns. The Premier telegraphs that he expects to be in Auckland on the 16th or 17th. \
