Vicary Gibbs, Mr Alfred Emmott, Mr H. SetonKarr, members of the House of Commons, and Mr H. Spenser Wilkinuon, the wellknown writer on military and naval subjects, and Admirals Sir J. 6). Hopkins and Sir Michael Culme Seymour, will be amongst the members of Lord Sutherland's association to enquire into the food supplies in time of war. A previous cable 6tated that the Duke of Sutherland has been elected President of an influential and widely representative aseociition to promote official inquiry into the question of food supply in war time.
