At a meeting of the Hororata Domain Board, there were present Mr G Hall fcbKrmiHi), Sir John Hall, Messrs. R. Maffey, H. Oliver, V. W. Baker. The chairman read a report and statement of nccouote for the part year, showing a bal«poe jn hand on the 31st December 1902, wf £57 16s lOd, together with rente received since then £15 12s Bd, making a total balsttee of £62 9b 6d to dat«. Mr W. Baker «• elected chairman. It was decided that the Board meet on the grounds at an early <fate to see is what w»y the money in hand dm be beet expended. Leave of absence t-es ipranted to Bir John Hall and Mr Godfrey Hall for twelve months.
