(Before Mr C. A. TTray, S-M.) STOCK TRESPASS. Joseph, Tatt and Philip Williams were charged with allowing stock to trespass on the railway line. Mr Cressweil appeared on bdwtf of the Railway Department, and asked that the penalty in the former case be a small one, as the offence was of an accidental character. Taib was fined 5s without costs, and Williams 20s and costs. CIVIL CASE. R. Houston v W. Hyde, clium £3 9s 4d for rent due. Judgment for plaintiff.
