In connection with the Coolgardio water scheme, Mr Chaanbferkin has cabled congratulating Sir John Forrest on the completion of a greafc enterprise, and on his courage and statesmanship. MURDER OF CONSTABLE LONG. (Received January 30th, 12.55 a.m.) SYDNEY, January 29. An additional reward of £200 is offered for the man art-ill wanted for the murder of Constable Long. It fe reported that one of the men arrested has made a full oonfeseion, but the police aro reticent.
