MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
Mr R. Beetharo, S.M., dealt -with the following business at the Magistrates Court yesterday. DEFAULT OASES. Judgment for plaintiff was given, by defauLt, in the case Fred. A- Cocks (Mr Hunt) v. William 'Blake, claim £6 10s. PLAINTIFFS NON-SUITED. In the case, New Zealand Farmers' Cooperative Association of Canterbury v. Edward Vincent,. claim £14 19s lOd, Mr Maude appeared for the plaintiffs and Mr Harvey for tthe defendant. The plaintiffs ■were non-suited with costs to defendant.
