Messrs A. Wolmarans and A. D; Fischer, the Boer delegates who visited Europe, are to be permitted to return to South Africa.

Mr and Mrs Chamberlain had a great welcome at Mufekrng, the Hon. Sir W. F. Hely-Hutchinson, Governor of Cape Colony, Sir A. Lawley, and General Baden-Powell participating.

The Jesuits' Mashona Natives' Band travelled 800 mike to join in the welcome.
