COLONIAL COMPANIES UNABLE TO TENDER. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received January 28th, 11.31 p.m.) LONDON, January 28. Mr Reevee represented to the War Office that Australasian companies wiH be unable to obtain forms in time to tender for the South African meat contracts, expressing a hope that in future the conditions of contract and tender forms will be made available early enough to enable the colonial companies to tender direct.
