The lielvling of the loeai men was excellent, and the howling also was generally good, Price securing four for 33.
Leatiiam and Williams faesd the bowling of K. Ken- aid 0. Kuapp, and Williame having scored one, was bowled by Kw. \\ hutniuu tilled the vacancy, but soon after Lea than* was :iJ»t> bow-.ed* by Kerr. 4—2 —5. Taylor was the next man, and wjm came steadily, several changes in tho bow La* being tried. When 108 were readied, Whatman was caught by Kinzett, after putting on 56. Stanuing joined Taylor, but -was also caught by "Kinzett before scoring. Joimsiton took his place, and after scoring a, single was missed at mid-off, and shortly after Taylor was caught in the. outfield. 124 —5—5.
