The "Daily Times" states that a flutter wae caused in milling circlee by afl intimation from the headquarters of the Flour Milling Association that a reduction of £1 per ton in the price of flour, from £13 to £12, had been made to check importations. At a hastily-convened meeting the Dunedin millers declined to accept the reduction, contending that at the present price of wheat it was. impossible to sell at £12.
