There -was a large attendance at the Geraldin* live stock sale yesterday, when about 12,000 slietp -were entered, also .% lai-ge yarding of cattle. The market showed a buoyancy beyond expectutioiw, and all forward lines were keenly competed for going up nearly' to prices for fats Some of the lambs wexe rather young, butt'hey found ready Bale. Fat ewee brough* 12s 6d to 14s lOd, etore lambs 9s to 10s 6d, foi-ward lambs lie to 12a 2d^ cuU lambs 6s 6d, cull two-tooths 10s to 125.. two-tooth ewes and wethers 12s *o 15e 9d, four and six-tooth , wethers 13e lid, woolly ewes and lambs (all counted) 10e sd, aged ew«a 9s 6d. Cattle—-Springera £6 to £7 10s, fat heifers £8 15s, cowa £6 10s to £5 12s 6d, fat cows £6 to £7 ss, t%vo-year-olds £3 5s 6d, yearlings £3,105, bull £4. ■' One hundred and fifty acres of land at Belfleld Plains were sold on behalf of Mr T. H. Taylor, to Mr H. H. Taylor, tor £5 5a an acre.
