At the Board of' Education this mornin? the report of the Fimnce Committee elated that a portion of the grant for tho training of teachers in the subjects of manual and technical instruction should be expended in providing a course of lessons in Auckland for the instruction of teachers and pupil teachers in Kindergartens, and that the ftoard should give anthoritr for the temporary engagement of competent instructor?.
