Of the reproductive loan ten millions "will go to the Orange Colony. It is calculated that nine millions will be required to complete the purchase of the Netherlands railway, two millions for the Pietersburg railway, and five millions will be devoted to new lines and the nationalisation of The funds arising from the dynamite duty -will almost cover the expenses of the loans.
Germany has agreed to permit the Rand Mining Companies to recruit natives in South-West Africa.
