DIX GAIETY COMPANY.
Tfiero waa a fairly large audience last nigK at the Opera House, -when the l>ix Gaiety Company repeated their programme. The Wilton Bros, and tie other members of the company were all successful in their respective tunus. To-night the members of the present company will make their last appearance in Christehureh. Everything poinje to a successful opening of the pantomime fi'i> the Opera House or. Monday evening. The scenery and mechanical effects arrived yesterday, and tue company reach her* to-morrow. Included in the cast are Mies Sadie Casino, who plays Dick Whdttington, Miss Olive Lenton, Mr. E. Fitte, Little Casino (who plays the Out), Misses B. Gallardi and J. Johnston, 'Mesere J. Cowan, G. B«nt'ley, F. Rivenhall, and F. M. Clark, stage manager. The statue ballot » one of the features, also an entirely original harlequinade, including the three Casinos, Misses Jessie Thome and Ethel Clifford. Amongst tue specialties are the Sisters Smith and the (Mighty <Sand-ok The music is in tbe hands of !Mt H. Hawkins. The costumes and scenery are ail new, and the bai-lets, marches, and groupings ore iighly spoken of. Tnere are over sixty people engaged in the production.
