(PBESS ASSOCIATION TKLK-BAM.) GREYMOUTH. January 16. . The Premier has just received a general order, dated 20th November, containing the conditions of obtaining the King's. South African medal, which are (a) Hut' men were actually serving in Bouth Africa on or after Ist January, 1902; and (b) on that date or prior to Ist January, mm completed eighteen months* war service. Clasps for South Africa, 1901, and South Africa, 1902, are granted to those who served between Ist January and 3L_t December in each year. -->
