DIX GAIETY COMPANY.
The programme of the Dix. Gaiety Company at the Opera House wan repeated last night to a, good house. Th<? clever feats of the Wilton Bros, and the respective turns of the other members of the company all received due appreciation. The company appear to-night. Mr Dix intends sparing no expense in the production of the pantomime of "Dick Whittington" iv Chri&tchurch -on Monday next, and i.s here personally to superintend the preparations. The whole of the scenery and effects will be transported from the Theatre Royal, Wellington. The mechanical staff will arrive here to-morrow morning. The performers number over fifty, and the marches, dances, and transformation scenes wilt be worth seeing. The box plan will open at MiLner and Thompson's on Friday morning.
