LODGE MEETINGS.

■■-■ At the fortnightly meeting of Addington Lodge, JJp. 6544j M.U., arekjmy was passed to three brothers. It was decided to celebrate the anniversary of the Lodge with a progressive euchre party. The Miseltoe Lodge, U.A.0.D., held its fortnightly meeting on Monday evening, B'rb. H. McGregor presiding.' After"the ordinary business, the Lodge celebrated its nineteenth anniversary, when a number of toasts were honoured, and songs, &c, given. The following officer? have been installed for the L.0.L., No. 33, Rising Star of Richmond : —W.M., J. McCausland; D.M., Joseph Stratford; Secretary, H. S. Savage; Treasurer,; H. Ormandy; Chaplain, R. Johnston; Tyler, Fred. Taylor. The D.M., Bro. Hodgen, presented W.M. John McCausland with a P.D.M; framed certificate. The Lodge was then closed in respect of ; Bro. G. &. Taylor's death; "An ordinary meeting of the St. Patrick's I Branch, H.A.C.iJ.S, was neld on-Jtojiday eveftiriglast: x»ro. C. Courtettey , oco%pied*she chair. There was a good number of members ,piesent, -and three candidates were elected and initiated. The Revision Committee brought up an interim report, and recommended that a special meeting be called to deal with the rules. The sick visitors congratulated the branch on.the fact of there being no members on the sick list. • An adjournment was;imade for. the- .purpose' pi, taking farewell of Bro. J.rCurtayne,; wjujpsp shortly leaving to take up his residence in* Westport. Light refreshments were handed* round, and sincere and kind sentiments were extended to the brother as to his future welfare and prosperity. Songe and recitations were rendered in capital style yy isros. R. and J. Beverley, Walley, and Doolan during the evening.
