PERSONAL ITEMS.

Mrs Hallamore went to Dunedin by the express yesterday morning. Mrs Birch went South by tho same train. Mr Waymouth returned from the South last evening. Mr J. N. C. Grigg arrived in town from Longbeach yesterday by the express. Mr B. Todhunter arrived by the same train. Mr G. J. Smith, M.H.R., returned to Wellington last evening. Mr J. H. Davison, Sc. Leonards, is staying in town. Mr and Mra Louisson are on board the Wakatipu, which arrived at the Bluff from Melbourne yesterday morning. Lady Stout is a passenger from Wellington to-day by the Flora. Drs. Goasott, Fowlie and Brown arrived by the same steamer. The Rev. Mr Murray is a passenger by the same steamer.
