The accounts for this journal will be collected monthly, and advertisers are informed that K insertions, in all cases will complete the month. A collector will he appointed for advertising accounts of which due notice will be givtn. Advertisers wishing to alter or countermand tlieir advertisements, must do so in writing, not later than U) a. in. on the day previous to publication. Advertisements sent without written instructions as t<> the number of insertions will be inserted till countermanded, and charged accordingly. Casual advertisements, when the advertiser has no account with the ojfice, must be paid for prior to insertion.
