Ham Tournament
Greens were in excellent condition for the Christmas ham tournament played on the Whakatane bowling green on Sunday. Section 1 winners were L. Littlejohn’s and W. Howat’s teams. Section 2 was won by Manning’s team from Te Puke. In the semi-final, Littlejohn’s team defeated Howat’s team 6-4. In the final, Manning’s team defeated Littlejohn’s team.
