Farewell To Miss Boynton
A farewell evening was lield in Waimana for Miss Monica Boynton (daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Boynton) who has left for England. Dance music was played by King’s orchestra, and Mr A. Bell played an extra. Mrs Wylde presented Mis"-. Boynton with a shoulder spray. After a buffet supper, Mr J. White, on behalf of the social committee and 7.30 club, presented the guest with a gift in appreciation of her help \to the club. Mr N. Eagle then, on behalf of all present, made a presentation. Miss Boynton thanked one and all for the evening and gifts.
