COMBINED FIELD DAY HELD BY RANGITAIKI DISTRICT CALF CLUBS

BIG DISPLAY HELD AT THORNTON The annual field day arranged by the Rangitaiki Boys’ and Girls' Agricultural Club was held at Thornton. Each of the schools affiliated to the club was well represented in both the indoor and outdoor sections. Thanks are given to the Thornton executive for the arrangements which enabled officials to get through a heavy day successfully. Mr D. Shaw, the president, thanked all those who had contributed to the success of the function and called upon Mr A. Adams, the patron, to present the prizes. Results:— CHAMPIONSHIPS A.
