With the men's championships finished, most interest centres on the Labour weekend tournament, for which entries have been exceptionally good and about which the club will soon make a statement.
The ladies' championships ha>7e been late starting this year, the first round being played today and next Saturday. As the ladies will not be able to play at Labour weekend, the finishing of their championship «nay eause a rather late end to the season.
