President’s Trophy Draw For Te Teko
The President’s Trophy is to be played for at the Te Teko golf course at the weekend. The following have been drawn to play:— Whiteley v Thomas, P. Clarke v Nation, M. Hal v L. B. Smith, Watson v Hendl, C. Clarke v L. Hall, D. Patterson v Balfour, A. P. Smith V Johnston, Caldwell v Latimer, Glen v R. Patterson, Moulden v O’Brien 1 , Burr v Craddock, Hegh v Harris, Lyons v O’Sullivan, Cook v Knight, Macken v Lennon, Goodwin v Haultain, Gardner v Hill, Jamieson v another. Good cards were returned last week for the Joyce Hayter Cup. Gardner and R. Patterson both returned a net 66. On the count back Patterson was the winner. Handicaps reduced: Gardner and R. Patterson by 3, Whiteley, Hegh, Cradock, Hill and Knight by 2, P. Clark, Nation, D. Patterson and Moulden by 1.
