SLEPT IN HUT AND DESTROYED PROPERTY

Destruction of private property has been done by at least one person at the Legion of Frontiersmen’s outdoor range in Valley Road, where he has used

a hut for sleeping quarters. When members of ' the Legion went to their range at the weekend, they found that the shed at the range, which is on private property, was obviously being used by at least one person to eat and sleep in.

When the men arrived there, there were still hot embers in the fire, and the interior of the shed, which had apparently been slept in for several nights, was in a filthy state. All the Legion’s target frames and other movable wooden goods had been destroyed for firewood and at least half a dry ti-tree breakwind fence seemed to have gone the same way.

The unwelcome visitor has been asked to leave in a notice left by the Legion men who discovered his presence.
