CORNERS OF KING STREET CRITICISED

Corners which it considers dangerous—those at each end of King Street—came in for further discussion at a meeting of the executive of the Whakatane Chamber of Commerce last week. It was decided to draw -.the attention of the Borough Council to the matter again with the object that the Main Highways Board should be asked to make improvements.
