Club Not Able To Sponsor School Rowing At Whakatane

The president, Mr H. G. Cutler, said that the club had a couple of new boats on order and when these arrived there would probably be enough to hand over one for use of college rowers. No indication could be given at the present time when these craft would arrive.

“However,” Mr Cutler continued, “the club will always be pleased to welcome high school boys into the club.” At the present time young members were needed.
