Te Teko Red Cross Sub-Centre

There was a good attendance at the -September meeting of the Te Teko Red Cross Sub-Centre, held at Mrs L. B. Smith’s home. A clothes drive for the Displaced Persons arriving in New Zealand next month was well responded to, and members spent a. busy afternoon sorting and packing. The meeting decided to donate £25 to Food For Britain, £5 to the United Nations Children’s Appeal, and £2O to Headquarters Disaster Relief Fund. /
