Taneatua Rifle Club’s Opening
The .opening shoot for the second season of the Taneatua Defence Rifle Club was held at Taneatua last Saturday, and drew a large attendance of club members.
The two details, of 10 shots at 200 yards, resulted in the following scores:—

Soutar 23 29 50, B. Prince 41, H. Williams 27, D. Williams 21, D. Yeoman 21. The next shoot will be run on handicap for a trophy and will take place on Saturday, September 23.
